Sorry, just finished reading the short story High Weir, so I had a different fictional crew in mind. :P

No linguist or anthropologist?
Human beings can be so gross when we want to be (and often when we don't want to be). I really wish the will to do right was enough to do right...
Twas simply a mindless late night joke.
Now that you ask, it's hard to find the right words to describe it (most likely because I want to avoid sounding like a total dick, although that is probably the exact way it was). Certainly there was some heightened expectation of receiving attention from women that night (as well as some bitterness over not…
Some day I want a picture of me to be described as having an instantaneous pregnancy threat level of "maybe."
Is it odd that I'm often not a fan of movies with song and dance, but I am almost always a fan of movies with song and dance and explosive gunfucking?
Well hey, that's not's fair. I'm pretty sure I've seen a couple pictures of starvation corpses with similar waistlines.
I'd just say that word play, even when done with relatively little tact (i.e. most of the humor in GTA), still keeps its brows a little higher than throwing actual shit. Fair?
I was having a conversation about this with a couple classmates the other day. From my 2 or 3 strip club experiences when my group was entirely composed of men, I have to say that there is a strange social warping that occurs. At some level, social standards of male-female interaction are re-written by the strange…

I guess because he "killed it"...? Meh, makes sense to me.
It was a supposed option for all games on Steam back in the way back. It worked for TF2 but it was then broken until I did a complete re-install.
I would agree; I never said anything to the contrary. I was simply pointing out, as you did, that "honor," as an abstract concept, had multiple meanings.
I think people should partake in religion in whatever fashion is most fulfilling to them as individuals. What I question is whether events like this have more to do with self-fulfillment or evangelical impulse.
I remember how Steam used to let you do this. I also remember how HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE things would result from it. Oh Steam...
Maybe I just haven't plunged deep enough into the (apparently joyous) dating pool, but this article and its comments make me feel like I wandered into a pillow fight just after it turned into a real fight, but before people started dropping the pillows to throw fists.
