I take it as either/or. If you have it for more than 2 weeks but haven't played a minute of it, you can't return it. If you buy a game and fire it up right after installing and play more than 2 hours you can't return it. Played a game for 40 minutes 10 days after buying it? All set for a refund.

I did today. I got a refund on RPG Maker Ace. It just wasn't for me. The refund was submitted immediately and it was processed within a few hours. Just waiting for the funds to go back into my Steam wallet.

As a gamer will I be okay to upgrade? I know some games have trouble running on 8.1 so I can only imagine how long it'll take to run on 10. Looking at you Fallout 3.

With the day one patch has CDPR said it will help the frame rate? I'd like to play on PS4 and I think my computer could handle (GTX 980) it but I could also fall back onto my One so I could play it on console, though that's my least favorable option.
