I really and truly don’t understand what they’re doing this season. Andy Cohen showing up in this weeks episode made zero sense whatsoever. The storylines are just spinning their wheels. CW needs to start doing more shows with just 13 episode seasons.
Exactly! I may be slightly tainted because Alias is my favorite comic ever, but I really felt this season was super strong. Yes, the characters this season were frustrating, they were supposed to be! Both Jess and Trish are incredibly fucked up and it really showed this season.

Actually Jeri hired Cheng to go mess with Jessica at the beginning. Thats why he originally went to her.

I completely understood Trish’s arc this season. She had some deep-seated resentment/jealousy towards Jess ever since she found out she had powers. This is partly why they were never super close. She also grew up with terrible emotional abuse from her mom which lead to a huge drug addiction problem after her show…
It’s crazy how divisive people are about this season. I personally loved every minute of it. I didn’t really see the flaws people had with the pacing and villains. The only problem I really had was the Pryce Cheng guy, I thought he wasn’t a great actor and his character was just awful.
Theres absolutely no way we’d get all 5 this year. Theres a very small chance we get Iron Fist in December. Though I’d think that one probably has the biggest post time since it does have more visual effects than the other shows.
Exactly, if your relationship can’t survive Ikea it probably wasn’t that strong of a relationship to begin with.
Iron Fist started filming in December. I have a feeling we’ll be getting season 2 in January or February. Marvel is pretty good at scheduling the netflix series in between their movies.
