If you guys would've read the article, you would see that they're "available now (and in the near future)" which means they've set up the licensing and it will come into effect soon. It's basically like FX or another cable network buying the rights to air a movie way ahead of it actually airing.

We actually had one of these in the photo lab I worked in that we used to attach the film to a leader card that fed through the developer. It was great, and it kept you from using too much tape. If you didn't use enough tape the film could come undone and get caught in the developer and thats never good.

Roxxon just hasn't had a real presence in the 616 universe in a long time. They've been a much bigger presence in the Ultimate universe the past few years.
