Oh come on, don’t try to pass off a 2042 pic for a 2024 one...

“It’s hard to relate to a rich white dude who works out his pathos by investing in the militarization of vigilantes and police instead funneling cash into the crumbling infrastructure that produces his rogue gallery.”

Beat me to the punch... I’m not a bible thumper, but it seems to me that if we knew this some 3000 plus years ago, there has to be a little truth there!

Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.”- Genesis 6:3

I dunno, a nuclear bomb might be something like milestone marker in his life, they are a rare event you know.

Oddly enough, one of the best action scenes in The Wolverine was the “hyper choreographed, gravity defying, ... CG fuckathon” fight on the train. But I get where they’re coming from.

I’ve always believed Shrek 2 was the sixth most important film of all time. Then again, I ain’t the sharpest tool in the shed.

I recall Lost in Translation having some real pacing issues too, but that might be because I am immune to the charms of ScarJo in panties.

Stop. That movie pissed me off.

That’s because this list is by critics and they clearly know more than the rest of us peons and certainly more than the Academy.

Also missing “Frozen”

It makes sense that there would be a lot of love for pointless abstract films that “experts” can hold over everyone’s collective head and simply say, “You don’t get it.”

Oops, my bad and apologies - I misread. Thank you Borealis for correcting me (and curse Kinja for not letting delete/edit)

It’s going to be closed for 6 months. That’s what is disappointing to the OP.

As a Disney fan who has actually met Walt, he would be more upset that you linked his creation to your biased politics than having Mr. Trump or Mrs. Clinton appear regardless of his (Disney’s), their (The Disney Corportation), their (the Republican or Democratic Nominee) or your (Matt Novak) blatant politics. While

I disagree. The Hall of Presidents is very important. It was one of Walt’s big regrets for Disneyland. He was (as I am myself) a patriot and historian. The Hall of Presidents is one of the most important attractions in my mind. I really wish I could see it.

You’ve clearly never actually ridden the Tower of Terror. I don’t know if it’s the atmosphere or the actual mechanics of the drop (it goes up and down multiple times, with many possible patterns including “totally random”), but it’s the only drop tower to ever feel interesting to me. Every other drop tower is “oh, I’m

This is actually really disappointing to me, because I’m going to WDW for the first time ever in February and was really looking forward to the Hall of Presidents. I can’t afford a trip like that very often, and probably wont ever be back there so am really sad I’ll be missing such an important display.

Why not just take Robot Hillary right from the debate stage and install her as is? Would be much less work than trying to create another robot Hillary.

If they use the robot Hillary, who will live in the White House?
