Seriously, Half-Life 3 has been anticipated for so long it’s in Duke Nukem Forever territory: there’s no way it can ever live up to people’s expectations, so when it finally comes out it can't be anything but a massive disappointment.

Edit: Never mind. Asked an actual person who was alive back then instead of relying on inaccurate Wikipedia articles. Evidently blue parking spots been a thing since the late ‘70s.

Also in the first episode, the school had a handicapped parking spot—something that wasn't really a thing until the ADA in 1990.
