Welcome to class action lawsuits.  Feel free to sue Wal-Mart and Netflix on your own, although proving any damages will probably be next to impossible for the individual as opposed to the aggregate.

I often take time out of my day to post comments in threads dealing with subjects that I do not care about.  It's not that I want people to think I don't care about the subject, per se, but rather I want people to think I am better than them.
