Jackie Brown is Tarantino’s best because it’s based on a solid, well-structured novel by Elmore Leonard (who didn’t write many that weren’t). Much as I like and sometimes love QT’s other movies, Jackie Brown is the one I watch most and I wish to hell his final movie, if it is really that, would be another Leonard

That may be true today, but historically (like, twenty years ago), South King County (anything Green River adjacent) held a special allure among Seattleites for low class shittiness.

It’s hard to argue such rankings as 95 99% of the I-5 corridor are burbs. Federal Way, Auburn, Des Moines, Edmonds... ranking the difference between these places is an exercise in futility. It’s not as if the gas stations, Teriyaki places and Starbucks’ are better in Lacey compared to Mill Creek.

Absolutely #2. I’ve been in so many meetings with one dude like, “Nope. I’m the boss and thus have the best opinions on everything.”
Thanks, Steve Jobs

As a former waiter, this is the only correct answer.

I haven’t seen a shakier suspension since

“We have these DeLite pizzas with thin crusts and healthy toppings, like grilled chicken and artichoke and..”

“to help launch our brand into the market...”

I literally watched this happen live (yes, I’m serious), and I still don’t believe it.
