I felt exactly the same way! Then I lived in Japan for 2 years. When I first arrived, I thought I’d be spending all my free time in those gigantic game centers. But when I actually went into one, the experience was underwhelming as hell. And I realized I’d much rather play the 500 games in my backlog at home.
