Well, she does have a reason for getting it besides thinking it looked cool.

Fair enough, I must have misremembered. Maybe I was thinking of Dead Space — I’m pretty sure that really did discourage a reliance on headshots.

No, what I mean is that the infected don’t use the brain, so headshots are no more or less deadly than a body shot (i.e. if it takes 2 headshots to put down a clicker, then 2 body shots will be just as effective). Maybe I’m getting mixed up with something else, but I’d swear that was how it worked in the first game,

“Clickers needing 2 head shots”

If serious, that’s easy. The Eye is a 2002 Hong Kong/Singaporean film. The Eye 2 is its sequel, whereas the 2008 entry is its American remake.

It’ll be relatively recent, given end credits weren’t really a thing until the 70s. Scrolling through that wikipedia page, most of the winners from around that period are from films I haven’t seen (or not in a long time at least).

I’m not sure what business the Oscars have judging songs at all. It’s such a weirdly out-of-place award, especially given how regularly the nominations are filled out with pop songs played over the credits. Those are barely half a step up from having an Oscar for Best Promotional Tie-In (“and the winner is...

The remainder of the series covers the regular and recurring cast, but what about guest stars? They’re more likely to be relying on residuals than any of the main players.

Laziness.

There’s no need for a new word, we can just go with the pre-existing “shill”.

Oh, absolutely they’d still be racist. I’d just like to see how blatant are in jumping through hoops to willfully misunderstand the point.

I sometimes feel like it should be changed to “Black Lives Matter Too”, just to see how Fox News types manage to keep misreading it as anti-white rhetoric.

To be fair, he probably had severe limitations on what he could change for that version (assuming it was even him that did it). The major change from his original version was to badly re-edit the whole thing to match the style of the Comic-Con trailer, which is still the case in the existing extended cut — it’s just

Assuming you are neither Chan nor his car, then you’re probably about to be smashed by one or both of them. If Chan is currently inside the vehicle, then it stands to reason that the car is where your worries should primarily lie.

Agreed. There’s going to be lower than normal number of films released over 2020/21 anyway, so combining the two years into a single ceremony makes most sense to me.

The first thing that occurred to me, as it seems to be restricted to PCs, is that it was a (futile) attempt to make it harder for pirates to rip content in HD.

He was also, as I noticed for the first time the other day, briefly in Mission: Impossible III as Michelle Monaghan’s brother.

Yeah, the possibility of tying in Latveria is something I had also considered.

If they insist on integrating them (although I think they make way more sense in their own world), that’s probably the best way to handle it. Not sure you need to go all the way back to the 60s though. The 90s would probably be far enough back for the school to open, to allow for the original team to be the first

For what it’s worth, the upcoming Disney+ Hawkeye show is reportedly drawing on Fraction’s excellent run.
