One of them seemed to have that crisis for a few weeks where he was jobless. Seemed a little strange to be a bit when it sounded like he was worried about being homeless.

I'm glad these dudes are starting to tap into a bigger audience and hope it takes off. Their podcast is funny and very well polished, and from the sometimes morose bits of their personal lives that creep in at the edges of the episodes, I'm guessing they could all use a big fat payday.

I didn't know my existence could make people sick! New super power, yaaaaay!

It's Digital Sensor Man's greatest foe, Mister Moire!

God, I love From the Earth to the Moon. I wish there was enough of a fan base for HBO to do a blu ray set. The Apollo 1 episode gets me every time.

Yeah, he was. I remember a bunch of shitty HOLLYWEIRD CELEBRITY'S SON GOES ON SHOOTER RAMPAGE articles or comments from people who had no idea what a second unit director does.

Great piece. The bit at the end about visualizing CGI elements is really interesting- I wonder if anyone could get a script supervisor from something like Age of Ultron to open up about the same process, from someone whose primary job is to keep the details of continuity in mind.

Anything that makes the makers of GTA rethink its hamfisted attempts at satire is a net win for society.

Jokes aside, this comic book is really good.

There's a lot more to writing a good character than making them competent. Having her demonstrate some kind of flaw would actually go really far in making her a great character.

I'm with you that the "woman who sort of understands twitter" isn't exactly breaking new ground as to the perception of women in tech. She couldn't even be bothered to say that like an actual social media expert would- it was something like "I think we have some twitter followers or something."

Where are action movies going to go after dark and gritty is played out? Bright and zippy? Washed out and raggedy? I'm rooting for pastel and effeminate reboots, myself.

Gay dudes aren't the only part of the LGBT community and not everyone is as comfortable tossing around slurs like "tranny" the way some gay guys now are.

Does anyone else miss gathering around the fire, sharing stories about the day's hunt, and drawing animals on cave walls?
