This is Ian virtue signaling. And doing a shitty job at it. While reading, this paragraph struck me as not only out of place but also laregly out of touch. And pissed me off quite a bit. So before I tackle the issue, shame on you Ian... Rather than throwing out platitudes about a largely presumed privilege based on

As with many hobbies, the upper echelons of skateboarding have long been dominated by white dudes who have the privilege of rarely coming face-to-face with obstacles based on their identity.

No what I mean is the word mute isn’t trying to make fun of or mock Weddle. The article says he would be OK with the “deaf grab” because it’s actually describing what he is, but I felt like mute was a good descriptor already because it means silence. So I’m not sure why the change is different.

I figured it was like a guitar clamp because of what you’re doing with your hand.

Great post man, and as usual Grayson is dead wrong.

I love the mental gymnastics that you’ve managed to do to convince yourself that an extremely broad strokes prejudicial gereralization is somehow accurate.

How the hell do you know they didn’t? Do you know the occupation of every protester? Where do you get your information that all cops consider Chauvin a hero? Or are you just generalizing?

There is plenty of scummy behavior on police forces, that’s for sure. I still don’t know where folks get off making blanket, absolutist statements like ACAB. But then again, we live in the era of DJT, and painting entire swaths of the population in one stroke, thereby demeaning individuals who haven’t a corrupt bone

You’re right. That job shouldn’t be handled by a cop. But that’s not the question. The question is: Is that cop a shit human being?

There were cops NATIONALLY that came forward denouncing those officers. I'm not defending bad cops, they are real, but my argument still stands. This is the hill I'm choosing to die on.

The point I was making is that generalizing and categorizing ALL cops is really easy to do by targeting other groups and using stereotypes. You saw it differently, that’s fine, but I still stand behind my argument.

How pathetic is it when you need absolutely everyone on the planet to voice their agreement with you in your cause?

It’s a witch hunt.

Yo... you guys are acting like fucking lunatics. If company’s don’t wanna say something who cares. Feel free to not buy there stuff anymore. Stop this cancel culture shit. Like its not enough to just NOT be racist you have to pray to the alter now? I thought most of you were atheists? This is starting to sound like

It’s definitely an internet nerd/culture thing in general.

Earlier this week I got into with a bunch of 80s cartoon lovers who were completely convinced the new Thundercats cartoon, created for an entirely different audience with an entirely different goal in mind, was an attempt to ruin the Thundercats legacy.

Regardles

I’ve read the books. In my opinion, they’re great. If Martin never writes another word, they’ll still be great. I’d rather have an excellent, if incomplete series than a downward trajectory cratering into the earth. People bring up Wheel of Time a lot and I think that’s unfair to ASOIAF in that Wheel of Time almost

This is a really good question! You sound well versed in PC building! You are correct that almost all of the heat comes from the Wii’s CPU and GPU. The entire power consumption of the console is about 9 watts, 6 watts of which is from the Wii CPU/GPU, and most of the rest is the screen. The regulators are like 85%
