I mean, the gall of these people, making a mythological, half-man, half-fish chimera creature a black person!

Out of the few I’ve seen (Little Mermaid, Pete’s Dragon, Aladdin, Jungle Book, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Peter Pan), Little Mermaid was far and away the best of the bunch.

I have and it’s not really comparable. It’s great that you can tweak the damage and effects of your lightsaber, but outside of color, you’re not really doing anything to make it look any different.

Unfortunately, the consequences of his actions are Florida’s burden to bear, not his own. “President” DeSantis doesn’t give a s**t what happens to Florida if it gets him elected.

I feel like there’s an entire franchise that could be made out The Black Cauldron, but we’re getting a new Moana instead.

I think my exact thought, out loud, was “Guess we’re just going with super depressing right off the bat.”

Your comment actually sums up the writer’s point pretty well, though I’m not sure they even know they’re making it.

Really thought they were going to patch it in with a $30 DLC. That might’ve been the better play.

You did not just say that having Disney/Universal rides be as safe as a Florida state fair was a net positive for Floridians, did you? Was it with a straight face?

What are we thinking? I’m thinking a Zelda movie, a Star Fox movie, a Mario sequel with Wario as the BBEG, before it’s all tied up in a Super Smash Bros. movie.

Filoni just keeps a coin in his pocket for decisions like this.

I really do hope you go back just so that you can see “Village Bride” and “The Ninth Jedi”.

It’s basically Doctor Who with a bigger budget and reskinned as a Star Wars tv show.

Probably some kind of quid pro quo of “if you don’t pull this project with gays and/or black people”, we’re not going to approve your street rehabilitation permits.

The reality of the Reedy Creek Improvement District was that it gave Disney the rights to avoid the permitting process for renovations and new construction, avoid having to bid out projects to justify costs, and they retained the local portion of sales, property, and hotel occupancy taxes, which were almost entirely

to the point that they’ve essentially become ascended memes

I haven’t seen anyone touch on Super yet, where Goku spends 90% of his time training with Gods on another planet and the other 10% risking the fate of his entire universe in multiverse tournaments.

If they are going that route, which I think they are, I don’t think it’s fair to judge them for it until the story is complete and we see what they came up with.

I mean, there’s definitely options that make sense for the nemesis system. The game could randomly have one of your opponents in Crossed Wands confront you off campus or have Loyalists or Dark Wizards reappear. If you pick the “mean” dialogue choices, those characters could show up later to mess with you.
