He’s bald now. No one will ever know.
Daemon also tells Qarl, in somewhat coded language, that there’s a place for him and Laenor in Pentos, if he has the coin (which he then gives him).
Anyone else have a hard time with the blue lens filter they switched to after nightfall? Picture quality seemed to really suffer after that and it’s already hard enough to differentiate each blonde wig as it is.
Had the opportunity to play through the Dragon Age series front to back during the pandemic and DAII might actually be the best of the series. It’s not as technical as Origins or as polished as Inquisition, but I think it’s the greatest sum of its parts.
The article mentions that they’ve done some work for EA and Ubisoft before, so it sounds like they’re pretty established. The Kickstarter was probably to gauge interest, but at this point, they could bring on another couple of people with what they’ve raised.
I don’t get the sense that he’s malicious, but he definitely seems opportunistic.
I think Alicent has only ever gone with the flow. She’s ultimately a pawn in her father’s plan (even though I don’t think it played out the way Otto expected) and has no choice but to marry Vicerys. As queen, she’s just kind of along for the ride. She’ll provide counsel to her husband or stepdaughter, but I don’t…
With the Switch version of Animal Crossing, my profile allows me to play as a separate character, but I’m a resident on my wife’s island and she ultimately has creative control.
I think AV Club specifically asks that their reviewers have too much to review at any given time to be able to absorb what they’re actually watching and that they exclusively watch it on a small laptop with poor visibility.
Robert Baratheon is exactly the kind of dude to ditch his family and responsibilities to get drunk at the hunting camp. I honestly thought that made Cersei’s plan more feasible. It wouldn’t be difficult to convince him to get liquored up and go chase some boar’s down.
Also, I can’t wait to find out that this is basically the prequel to the entire Kingdom Hearts franchise, before the world was split apart by darkness or whatever.
In Animal Crossing, you basically had one island to play with. So, since it was my wife’s game, it was her island and I was just a resident. Is there a similar situation going on here or can we each play a separate save on the same game?
You ever see somebody and just know?
Both points can be, and in this case, are true.
My only question is if this is what Otto Hightower wanted from the beginning?
I find it so odd that a new iteration of an existing IP has to justify its existence relative to its predecessors. Like, we’re all in agreement that the universes of stuff like LotR or Star Wars are deep and interesting enough that not every story has to tie to Frodo Baggins or Luke Skywalker, right?
It’s hard to say this after only viewing the first episode, but my general impression is that the show seems like it’s being made by people who really appreciated GoT at its peak, so I’m all in.
Is it just me or is it significantly harder to close a game or turn off a PS5 than it was on a PS4?
I attend quite a few tradeshows in my line of work and, from my experience within the past 12 months or so, even “unrestricted” conferences are seeing decreased attendance because a portion of their base still feels uncomfortable attending an event of its size.
