Ok, I like this interpretation. What if all the Pokémon that look like items are just Dittos?
I definitely think there’s some metric based off of viewers, new subs, and show budgets. Sense8 was a good show that was very well loved by a vocal minority, but also insanely expensive. They killed it off with a movie.
So... there’s a Pokémon who’s evolutionary advantage was to disguise itself as the tools humans were using to catch Pokémon?
Is the new Deadspin any good? I’ll never know, since I plan on never going back after what they did to the “real” Deadspin. Sure would be nice to have that group covering all the shit going on lately.
“Disney bad at Star Wars IP.”
I can’t imagine this series working as anything other than a Game of Thrones-type drama about the intrigue and politics between the Black Market, New Republic, and Imperial Remnant.
Did a lot of these feel like pilots to anyone else? Off the top of my head, “The Twins”, “Lop and Ocho”, and “The Ninth Jedi” each feel like they set up a legitimate series (that I would be deeply interested in). “Lop” and “Ninth” definitely seem the most grounded too, like they could easily be canonized.
I guess I have a different opinion, because I came away from playing Fallen Order with the immediate thought of “Ok, this, but with KotOR”. Gimme my Kingdom Hearts Star Wars game. Put it right into my veins.
That’s a fair point, but I would argue that both movies and games have evolved so far beyond those points that it would be almost novel to make a silent film or generic arcade game.
How would story in a game be equivalent to movie’s soundtrack? Why don’t you go watch a movie with the dialog removed and then tell us how great it was.
Will this scratch my Massive Chalice itch?
And Harry’s name, right?
I’ll buy whichever you want to part with after she says that she won’t be mad but ends up being mad anyway.
As someone with 1,000+ hours into Civ VI, I don’t know if this different enough to justify the purpose. Civ does a good job of passively generating storylines just by where it puts you and next to who. I could definitely see the fluidity eroding the Leaders’ personalities and identities, which is a big deal for me.
I think we should go with a “looks too different from the old games”, “I hated the last few games” combo.
Isn’t this the first gay Disney character to not get a press release on their sexuality before the movie was released? I heard nothing and was pleasantly surprised by a pretty charming little scene. “To elsewhere.”
I think medium is important. The new Star Wars trilogy was disappointing, but The Mandalorian was pretty great.
Can you come back and talk about Dragon Age? Who’s going to keep talking about Dragon Age? I need someone to talk about Dragon Age.
Games on demand? Sounds fly!
