I’d say from Elon’s perspective, his antics are four-dimensional thinking that’ll work in Tesla’s favor. The reality: it’s one-dimensional for Tesla...straight down the toilet.

At some point the lie becomes so egregious that it is believed only by 1) complete fucking morons who can barely master tying a shoelace, and 2) people who believe the lies because they want to believe them, not because they actually believe them.

AFAIK, the Constitution doesn’t mention political parties at all. The founders would’ve been aware of the concept from European politics, but they didn’t see it as something which should be be built into the legal framework.

To my ears, the “go F*ck Yourself” statement that Elon made sounds a lot like a legally binding and hard to misinterpret release of any advertising contract that a company might have had with X and its CEO.

Musk, if anything, has zero idea how to run a car company.
