This is one of those times I wish I could believe Hell actually existed, just to imagine the surprise these anti-abortion assholes’ would feel when they end up there because of the lives they’ve ruined.

So it’s unclear what message, if any, Greene is hoping to get across here.

Oh crap.. you have to do the ice slides more than once?  I never got very far in that game, but had always intended to pick it up again.  Was going to give that a shot before the new one comes out but... ugh.

That makes sense. Doesn’t matter what kind of game something is, when it does something that appears not to respect my time, I start suspecting it was done on purpose to pad gameplay.

I thought the tedious backtracking was a “feature”? I kept reading about how this made the game a “Metroidvania” of sorts as it is apparently a feature of such games to have you keep backtracking to places you’ve been when new paths are unlocked by items or ability upgrades.

I don’t know if I knew sprinting did nothing, but I remember barely ever using mounts. Maybe in that one desert map it felt like it actually made a difference rather than just running. But yeah, outside of that one “race” course you do when introduced to mounts... I mostly didn’t bother with them.

What’s even more curious is that we can take a business named “Sheetz” seriously.

Traffic stops are necessary to stop people from driving like morons.

A distinction without a difference, I’m afraid. Whether Cruz is stupid and evil... or just evil, is kind of irrelevant to next batch of kids that die in a school shooting or LGBT that die in a night-club massacre. At this rate, I’m surprised we haven’t seen a school librarian assassinated by some crazy motherfucker

Rural Texas votes for him. As a Senator, he only needs a majority of the state and Texas is majority Republican. It’s not as big a majority as probably most people think, but that’s because of our idiot system of “winner takes all” in this country. If it’s more than 50% red, it might as well be 100% red.

Umm, is there any truth to this or just more Republican misinformation? If true I’d also find it problematic.

but after I moved out of state in my mid 20's, and met people that weren’t the people I grew up with, my views have changed drastically

I found this oddly appropriate. His wiki page says only that he’s married.

Kind of redundant for Republicans. When they say “we”, they already know what race they are talking about.

That would indeed be great but I’m not holding my breath. I just have about zero faith in our judicial branch at this point.

So has Fox News run half a dozen new “Is Biden Cognitively Bananas!?” articles yet as a smoke screen?  Can you even imagine how many heads would explode over there in delight if Biden mistook some other woman for his wife?

You’d think this would have fallen under basic opposition research, yeah.

He doesn’t have to break a law. He can be expelled by two-thirds vote of the House. Every Democrat would vote yes, so that means they’d need 77 of the 222 Republicans to vote to expel.

It doesnt matter the job, no AI should ever be allowed to replace a real live person’s ability to make money.

But what Trump did was on a whole different level and he had no intention of allowing those documents to get back to government hands.
