You can’t reason with these people. Their propaganda is telling them it’s the Democrats who want to prolong the pandemic for political reasons and yet it makes no sense. Democrats are doing things that would end the pandemic, not prolong it.

Just remember that we live in a country where enough people would rather die than be told by a Democrat the government to put on a mask and get vaccinated.

The people most opposed to mask mandates don’t oppose it because of liberty, or personal freedom, or government overreach; if they passed a law tomorrow that everyone had to wear a gun in public for safety reasons

Politicians have never cared that much about the truth, but they always cared enough about lies to at least put some effort into bending the truth, blowing dog-whistles, or just double-talking until you didn’t even know what they were saying.
