From a conservative standpoint, higher education does “ruin” someone because unlike the rote memorization and repetition of lower education, it actually starts teaching people HOW to think. How to question what they know, what they’ve been told, as a prerequisite for gaining knowledge.

I wouldn’t call it “thinking” exactly. It’s actively avoiding doing any real thinking. Someone who wanted to think about the virus and how to protect against it would quickly arrive at “get vaccinated” as the most highly effective solution. There is no workout routine, no pseudo-science immune booster bullshit, or…

If the goal is straight-up removal from society, I can dig it. If the goal is anything approaching justice, dude should be beaten to death with shovels.
