How about this? We modify aircraft so instead of having holding tanks, the toilets just flush into the sky. Nobody will get soaked. It will come out as a blue jet trail, and turn into a blue, fine damp mist that people can breathe into their lungs. We'll call it "Crop-dusting with used groceries."
