No one will deny that Florid football is fucked up, and that Miami high school football in particular has a violence problem. Luther Campbell has spoken on it many times. That said, my comment is directed more to the problem of gun violence in Miami-Dade than just football.

Like I responded to another poster- if you had any idea what neighborhoods these kids come from, you’d understand that it’s based on experience. USF’s QB, Quinton Flowers, who went to Miami Jackson, lost a brother to gun violence last year.
