McDonald’s fries using the beef tallow. To this day I’m 100% certain if they leaned into this “classic” version and sold it along side the current “vegetarian” option, they’d make bank. I understand the PR crisis back in the day, but the nostalgia factor alone would make these sell like... hotcakes.
