"On one hand, she has the right to choose her path in life, and no one should be making her doing anything on such a topic."

I hope all the pro-lifers who are supporting her realize at some point that they're actually being pro-choice.

What really kills me is how many "ugly dude with hot chick" movies/shows are made with absolutely zero "that would never happen" critiques.

Holy god, Jamie Chung's dress, hands-down! I would actually wear that, and I'm not a gown/red dress kind of gal. YOW.

I couldn't disagree more. The gentle suggestion Miss 7x7 columnist pitched is top-notch. "I love the way you look," "Maybe just around here," "Only if you're comfortable with it." Trimming isn't remotely close to waxing or shaving, and if you think his request is rude, then I hope you also think it'd be rude to ask

Oh I'm SO with you on the pajamas/yoga pants thing! (Says the girl in a hoodie and PJ pants at 3pm... but still.) I've been working from home since 2005, and the novelty of wearing PJs all day wore off way more quickly than I'd expected. I try to dress up and even wear SHOES and do my HAIR sometimes - I draw in front

Wow, is this a new sexpert? If so, I like! If not, um, way to go, person whose articles were previously hated by just about all of us!

On a similar note, if a gal's first time REEEEAAALLY hurt, and it continued to hurt, and years later she finally finds a great gyno who informs her she has vaginismus, her sex life probably isn't going to get any better until she works through all the recommended exercises her doc prescribes to her. (Note to ladies

I have a really hard time believing that she spouted racist comments, but I'm open to seeing proof. Does anybody have proof of this? Seems like something we all would have heard more about if it'd actually happened.

Bingo!

Ooooh this was the sweetest way to end the week!

While I still think "not allowed" was the wrong way to put it, I'm grateful to Sadie that she explained her words by elaborating on her own difficulties finding a local doctor, and the possibility that an employer would be concerned that a trans* person might "scare away" customers; those are terrible aspects of being

Yeah, that's what I found weird. I think it has more to do with the constant wet-dry-wet-dry problem; I have extremely sensitive skin (the kind that causes my knuckles to bleed when I hand-wash dishes in the winter). So I'm assuming it's a dry skin issue.

Thank you for quoting me exactly after MY first time! I'm surprised I don't hear more of my gal-pals bitching about it. It's seriously a 24-hour event.

Yikes, what?! I always thought of "butthurt" as meaning "all hurt and bummed, like someone kicked 'em in the butt." Like, buttcheeks, not anal rape. D:

Yup! Sounds like you and I have the same "AS FAR AS EITHER OF US KNOW WE ARE BOTH VIRGINS" kind of relationship my dad and I have. *shudder*

That is SUPER interesting and refreshing, thank you for sharing. :)

"... but why is attempting to defend against it as best we can a bad thing?"

No, "That's Fascinating," this deserves a respectful response. Yours doesn't help anyone.
