Dogs that are well socialized and trained can be walked off leash. This dog got out when the owners opened the garage door. He was not let outside off leash on purpose.

Not sure if this has anything to do with her death but she was the one who tweeted (thus outed) the two women who provided the children for the recently convicted sex offender that was the lead singer of the Lost Prophets.
