That goon was Steven Ogg, of Grand Theft Auto V fame. I was glad to see him in the episode, and the dorky dealer gave the whole parking garage scene a very GTA vibe.

Oh god that opening was heartbreaking.
Well Breaking Bad takes place in what, '08, '09? So Better Call Saul takes place in 2002 or 2003, I think. And I think 25th Hour came out in '02, which I think explains the reference as well as the "political climate" Kim was referring to (Enron, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc).
Mother dick…
Noah's death was a little ridiculous. Game of Thrones had that brutal eye-gouging, skull-crushing scene that lasted half as long and was much more shocking. It sucks to see him go though.
I love Donna's recaps but this episode merits an A+ honor's course credit.
He did put his arm around her after they walked past Rick at the end of the episode. That was a little something.
Loved everything about that last scene with Rick. Is anyone else rooting for him to go bad? This feels similar to watching Walt stomp on that bully's leg way back in Season 1 of Breaking Bad.
lol at the notion that ROTC cadets have any fucking clue what they're doing. I was glad that the show revealed how inept those guys were out in the field.
It took me a while to get that Carol was putting on an act during the interview. We often criticize the show's writers for making things too obvious, but I already forgot how much of a badass Carol is.
Has anyone else already fallen in love with Rhea Seehorn? She seemed so natural in that scene with her and Odenkirk at the salon.
I love how the show has used —and somewhat subverted— some of the familiar Breaking Bad tropes for humorous effects. After Saul hangs up the phone we get a scene of him coming up with some clever invention, complete with some music that would've fit in with any scene of Walter White creating some contraption. Except…
Well they praised Breaking Bad all last year and then gave the award to some other show they haven't since wrote abuot, so I can't wait to see what hijinks they come up with this time.
Brandon Nowalk must be great at parties.
Umm, exercise bikes are powered by the person exercising. You don't have to plug them in or anything.
I really liked that last sketch. Explosions and chaos, just another day in Amurika.
The centaur thing was hilarious.
Just because you can tell where the joke is going doesn't mean it's not funny. One of the things I like about K&P is it's usually immediately clear what the joke is about, but they squeeze everything they can out of the premise. I loved the church sketch up until they got possessed and stuff. And I loved the bit where…
Up until the end I thought the teacher knew Louie stole the scales, but was just trying to keep Louie out of trouble. Maybe it was just the timing, but he chewed out the principal right after he said that Louie committed grand theft, so I figured he just didn't want Louie smacked with charges.
I didn't think it'd be a clean-cut happy ending. I figured Oberyn would get maimed in one way or another but still prevail. Even has his eyes were getting gouged I thought he'd grab a knife out of somewhere and finish off the Mountain. Then his skull collapsed.
