Is the Wedgie a regional thing? I’m from Pittsburgh and a lot of pizza places have Wedgies, which are exactly this. They’re usually filled with  ham & cheese, gyro, cheesesteak, or traditional pizza combos. 

The only time I ate at the selection from Pittsburgh, I got horrifying food poisoning. So, yeah, I’m a little suspect of this list...
