It would be extremely easy, even at a small track like Richmond. When you go to a place like Talladega or Daytona, the tracks are 2.5 miles+ around. Even if you have a cop every few hundred feet, which they dont, if the guy scampers up there, there's nothing they could do to stop him.

No one is really talking about the bigger issue for the USMNT which is all of its top players now coming over to the MLS. I love watching the MLS but IMO this is an awful development for the long term success of the MNT. If you want to beat the best in the world you have to train against and practice against and play

If you've ever watched a Red Sox home game you've probably seen the president of Giant Glass sitting right behind home plate. When he's wearing glasses and from far away he's sort of a Jerry Springer look alike.

So much pub for the 27th place finisher in the Nascar standings. One top 10 last year and it was in the first race of the year. Hell even the 28th and 29th place guys had wins last year.

In all seriousness how could White have clearly dominated qualifying and then bonked out in the finals? Did the pipe get that bad in such a short period of time? Some guys clearly did OK with it.

Seriously, fucking stop with the SPOILER ALERT complaints people. If you dont want Olympic news STAY OFF SPORTS NEWS WEBSITES during the day.

I have read various articles this morning where prior to this he was slated anywhere from the 4th to 7th round. If this were any other player on any other team in any other circumstance - would we think it *that* strange if he wasn't drafted? A guy who by some accounts was a 6th or 7th round talent?

+ fucking 1

+1 - not too soon

OK, yup it happened right booking now, the point when I reached saturation of the freaking reporters covering the Olympics boo hooing about every freaking thing. Awhhhh, your bag of FREE STUFF you get FOR FREE for being AT THE OLYMPICS isnt up to snuff. Awhhh, we're sorry. Sorry there was no ipad or Starbucks gift

Dont see it mentioned a lot but I thought he was brilliant in Charlie Wilsons War. I still laugh at most of his lines in that movies and I've watched it a dozen times.

Well done sir, +1

People who need to lose 50-100 pounds dont need a personal trainer and spending money on one is a complete waste. They need to get off the couch and walk for 30 minutes a day for 6-8 weeks. After that, if you are fit enough, spend the $100 on P90X or a program like that.

This has a ring of the Jason Collins situation in it to me. Is he no longer playing because he was a borderline NBA player or is he no longer playing because he is on some mythical list of blackballed players who arent playing because they are vocal on controversial issues?

I dont think 8 Oscar nominations qualifies you for a column on "forgotten movies".

"Well, that would be like using a hammer OR nails."

Can this please be promoted and pinned so we can revisit this at least once a day for the next month or so? It would be nice to have Snyder buffooned like he was during the City Paper debacle.

Ellsbury is still an outfielder right, he's not a starting pitcher? So their starting pitchers are still terrible and their bullpen is the same as it was two months ago?

So the Patriot's game plan all along was to spy on the Texans, then ignore their spying, get smoked in the first half, give up tons of long plays to Case Keenum, then make a comeback in the second half that required not one but TWO 53 yard field goals to barely beat a terrible team that they had no business being

Shit happens, bad calls happen, you move on.
