We’ve remodeled seven bathrooms in and around San Antonio and have used all the paint sheens with success including flat.  The flat surprised me that it worked so well.  The argument for gloss or semi gloss is that you can wipe it down.  It seems the flat never needed to be wiped down.  We’re using eggshell now.
