First of all, hate is a pretty strong word.

Raised beds are exactly what they are cracked up to be. Your expectation of living in the perfect world is not what it’s cracked up to be.

I don’t prep the soil under a raised bed. These blocks from the Home Depot make it easy to anchor the corners and slip 2x6 boards into.

I put Kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on all sides, pop it into the bag, and cook at 129 degrees for 2 hours. Sear with a weed torch (Harbor Freight), and serve sizzling. Butter is optional at the table. I’ll try putting chives into the bag.  Sous vide is dead simple.
