Back in the 70s I worked with a young woman in our medium sized office. She married immediately out of high school and came to work with us as a secretary. Her marriage lasted about 2 years. After it was over, she and I started talking more after hours. One of the things we talked about was her sex life with her

We did something like that years ago. My daughter was inspired by the PBS show about the children in the Revolutionary War, so we planned a trip. We flew to Richmond, rented a car and drove to Williamsburg for several days. Did a quick visit to Jamestown and drove to Monticello and Mount Vernon. Drove to Valley Forge

Agree. For me it’s

Side note, those metal strips are great for picking locks.

I found a T-fal pan at Walmart a while back that works on my induction fob, but I have not seen it in stores for a long time. T-fal makes many pans for induction.

I thought you were going to hold the knife blade horizontal and slice underneath the cob.

I wonder if he’s freak out to know that free public education was written into The Communist Manifesto by Engels and Marx?

I lived in hotels for roughly 4 years back in the oughts.  They have catalogs of things you can redeem points for.  Invariably you got a much better deal redeeming the points at the hotel rather than redeeming for a TV or some other object of desire.  We vacationed for years on the hotel points.

We have plenty of liquid hot sauces. They usually turn dark and get old in the bottle. What we use ALL the time is dried cayenne. Bloom it in oil while you’re sauteing onions or garlic. I eat a lot of potato salad and dust it over the top.

It will be interesting to see what the Sturgis attendance is next year.

After Harvey in 2017 we saw people scarfing up meat only to find they could not cook it. Many intended to grill it, but you could not find charcoal. There were; however, plenty of downed trees to burn. Still even cooked meat is perishable without refrigeration, so only buy enough to eat NOW.

Before investing in a mattress, you might look at Arizona Premium Mattress Company and all their YouTube mattress teardown videos. They explain why mattresses break down, and give you some ultra premium latex options for roughly half price or less.

Maybe someday it will be safe and easy to visit Mexican border towns again. Back in the 80s we used to go to Mariscos del Mar in Nuevo Laredo for lunch. In the US a shrimp cocktail consists of a tulip glass filled with ice, a leaf of lettuce on top, and 8 shrimp hooked over the rim ($12). At Mariscos del mar they use

I just learned that you can build your own mattress for about 1/10 the price of a fancy mattress.  Search YouTube for ‘built your own mattress’.

Cherry picking the data is just one more way to lie with statistics.

Doesn’t Walmart have the right to refuse service to anyone?

GET OFF MY LAWN, ya stinkin’ little whippersnapper.
