Morroblivion looks amazing! Does it require Morrowind to run, or Oblivion? I have morrowind for PC, and Oblivion for 360

I'll have time before the game comes out to see if that's a possibility at my house back at school, but at home my computer is too far away from my xbox for that to be possible. At school, I should have both in my bedroom, so that's a good point

it could very well be old footage (read the update to the article) that is from an early build. This probably isn't representative of the final game. I too was a bit disappointed by the skin appearance in that scene where you approached the blacksmith

thats half the fun of a game like this...the fact that you can run like hell from things that scare you. Run into a giant spider? Turn around, run away fast, and scream out loud IRL. You'll be amazed at how much fun it can actually be to get absorbed in the game.

the only aspect I've seen that makes it seem "dumbed down", and that I am not looking forward to/unhappy about, is the fact that armor is single sets, instead of pieces. I loved fallout and all...but the setting is just too depressing for me to enjoy AS MUCH as oblivion. Everything is so lush and upbeat. Not to say that fallout is less alive, per say, but I just feel happier in TES

I know there's a lot of hardcore JRPG fans out there...but I'm sorry. No Japanese RPG has ever, and likely will ever, come close to touching the Elder Scrolls
