especially with iOS5!

I didn't understand half of what you said...

a friend of mine has a double dragon arcade cabinet in her basement.

I've always thought that on rails shooters should stay in arcades with lightguns...with all the tech they have these days, there's no reason for a full console game to not let you control the position of your character. Now, use the PSMove or Kinect to replicate the experience of a lightgun, and I think the genre has

since you're referring to gigabits as Gb here, shouldn't that be a TB cap? Speed is usually measured in bits, while storage (and caps) are measured in bytes

yea but what will you be doing that .5gbps won't still be blazingly fast?

I remember learning a lot about L'arivee du train in my film theory class...I don't remember the professor mentioning it was in 3D. I guess that goes to show how much I paid attention in there

I wasn't trying to get political in the sense that I'm saying the ongoing wars are right (or wrong), or that if it came to it, china wouldn't just be doing the right (or wrong) thing...that type of argument wasn't really meant to be a part of it. It was just a prediction pertaining to the same type of prediction the

you may be right...I hope you are. I really don't know much about desalination, but, just as a theory, perhaps it just can't be done fast enough in enough volume to fit their needs? Not that I know anything about it...just a guess

how can you really compare the two? Most of the oil in question is in the middle east, most of the water is in north america (or tied up in polar ice caps)...so the US doesn't have to fight a war to lock down control of water it already owns.

while I don't have any facts or numbers about north american water consumption, it stands to reason that the US has within its borders far more fresh water for far less people than does china...combine that with the fact that while we may waste it, we have far stricter laws when it comes to conservation of the actual

I think the next "pearl harbor" will be an attack for water...eventually, the way china abuses their resources, they WILL run out of fresh water. Now, as great it would be to be helpful to a country in need, we just can't supply enough fresh water for our population and theirs...we already have to be concerned about

not in the actual stuff available...but this was buried within the software. Someone dug it out from within the software, so its not unlikely that its something apple was using internally during alpha testing, that they haven't cleared out for the final release yet...

crepes

since its a dev build of beta software, it seems possible. it will most likely not be like that in the final release

it was a joke, in reference to the other joke "do they have a tablet?"...clearly jokes that you missed

I've played some, and, maybe it's just terrible interfaces and software, but all the resistive devices I've used that TRIED to replicate swipe (like all the cheap touchscreen "iphone killers" that came out back in 2007 and 2008) did it in a very laggy and unappealing way

well I would sure hope they can...what use is a console only one person can play at a time (besides handhelds)

right, but, since you can play games entirely on the screen of the wii u, instead of on the TV, all of those features that games use the touchscreen for will have to be optional as well...so PS3 games can essentially do the same, because the controller interface won't be required on either console

I think Nintendo stated you had to be in the same room as the console for the most part
