Can't recommend this enough - I wanted dates not emails. I would exchange 2 messages and ask if they wanted to talk over the phone - zero texting. After the one call it was usually evident whether there would be a date or not.

Best Podcast app I have found is PocketCast. It is a little expense but it is definitely worth it in my opinion. It auto downloads new episodes, has a nice interface, and syncs between your devices (stop on my phone and start right back up with my tablet).

I feel that the first few are like the twilight zone opposite for me. 1) Results ARE more important than effort. Ask your boss. 2) They ARE only being good at that moment because they did what you asked. 3) Judging your own work in society is useless. Your work can only be judged by its affect on others.
