Emissions of CO2, not particulate and sulfur pollution - WHICH is actually what the article is about. CO2 (at even the most pessimistic Global Warming levels) are not harmful for humans (or anything) to breath. Scientific literacy ftw!

The “Clean Power Plan” has nothing to do with this type of pollution. It is about limiting green house gases. And whatever your views on Global Warming/Climate Change, the increased CO2 levels we are looking at aren’t toxic.
The U.S. Constitution has a procedure to eliminate just this kind of uncertainty. It’s called a Treaty.
