I think the fact that every artist, youtuber, or other creative believes the thing they do is extremely unique to them and has never been done before. You see quite a few lawsuits per year in which a creative sues a larger creative based on a shaky ground lawsuit since its so easy in the states.

Well your expectations of the employees is pretty high considering how low the pay is. The government would probably have to raise their wages by about 20%-30%.
