If I was an internet celeb who had a larger fan base, which means there is a real possibility people could or may try to figure out where I lived or come to my house, I would never show them what the inside of my house looked like or the outside…

Not sure I 100% agree with this. Sometimes only one person can see how unhealthy a relationship is or that it’s actually over. Yes, there will be short term pain but everyone will come out better because of it.

Exactly, if I bought an EV, it would be my 1 and only car. While sure I would charge about 90% at home, occasionally I need to make longer road trips. While yes it would be extremely infrequent as my only vehicle I would need the ability to make those trips in a timely matter.

One complex I looked at moving to this year had 5 EV parking spots that you could charge overnight in “for a fee of course”. One of my neighbors has a tesla and to my knowledge, there is only one gas station with an ev charging area. My guess is he must go and charge his car there or maybe at work since our apartment…

I agree I sell on amazon to as a retailer vs a private label seller, and my guess is the bad sellers will find a way to use it against the good sellers or as a method to get rivals taken down

I think you are giving retailers too much credit. Any defect is going to be pushed back on the brand manufacturer especially if something hurts someone.

The retailer may do some initial checks, but I doubt they are doing extensive QC on the shipments coming in from brands. If I bought something defective at target, I cant honestly say outside of allowing me to return the item, or kicking the brand out of Target if it was a constant issue.

I would question how many retailers, in general, do extensive quality checks on incoming product into the store. Unless you are buying directly from the brands store, you never really know what you are getting

I think they settled because Amazon would be hard to sell as it wasn’t their product. It was purchased from on the site but was sold by a 3rd party.

I think the issue is that Amazon didn’t list the product, it was a 3rd party private label seller. Amazon was just the place the item was posted but they didn’t actually sell it. In cases that the product is not one of the amazons in house private brands, they’ll tell you to go after the “manufacturer”.

What’s happening is one private label seller originally sold the product and hand success. Due to that success, other people are copying the same product and trying to sell it under their label. This usually happens when the design of something is good, and sellers get lazy trying to mooch of someone else’s success…

I think the bigger issue I have is that in a lot of these cases, the women are allowed to cut lucrative deals to far smaller sentences to flip on the man involved despite being an active and in some cases willing participant.

I think there is probably a middle ground between the current system and just forgiving all debt. I think a system where if you pay back 65-75% of your loans or more you could be able to apply to have the rest canceled makes a lot more sense.

It would shock you how many hotels don’t offer free wifi or won’t do it unless you give them your email for presumably email marketing which I had to at a ritz Carlton I stated at in Washington.
