Agree with the other commentor, it is best to introduce yourself and start a conversation right away. Getting a head of the issue and opening up a direct line of communication can really prevent having someone complain about you behind your back without coming to you first.

I would call the cops and file a noise complaint. Law enforcement interaction can force the hand of landlords.

This is why I go straight to management or security at my building. We are able to make noise complaints anonymously and as ones come in from multiple parties they stack and escalate against the offender.

Also, it makes sense now that sparkling water is pretty trendy over soda. It makes sense that people would switch to a spiked version of that.

I also think it fits along with the “healthier” lifestyle trend that’s going around. Its seen as something those who focus on their health and fitness can enjoy without completely blowing their diets.

Actually what I would have done is unplugged the car from the house, then boxed the car in with my 2 other vehicles to the point the owners could not pull the car out.

It’s far from saintly, its a weak move. So your so upset that you call the cops and get on the news, but ultimately aren’t upset enough to press charges?

Not really. It’s like that shaky unshaven dude just siphoning gas from your parked car or power generator without asking.

Thats a good point. People are treating their cars like Iphones and just plugging them in where ever there is an outlet. Their logic must be that since you would let me charge my phone here, you cant mind me charging my car since the cost is technically pretty low.

I think its interesting how people are playing it off, because the value of what he stole isnt valued that much. Imagine having someone come to your house and start stealing fuel from a tank you had in the back for fueling your cars, tractors or if someone started syphoning gas from your car.

As far as I am concerned he brought all this attention and hoopla to this situation and decided not to press charges.

Honestly, I am a bit surprised there wouldn’t still be football on Sundays.

Good news is in made for tv movie category, the skinny-white-blonde-middle aged female actor pool is bursting at the seams.

This isn’t the future it’s been the standard for some time now. Creators are masters at saying I am sorry without admitting fault or taking personal responsibility.

My guess is a lot of them buy followers, in the beginning, to boost their account build some initial credibility. After that, they let their channels organically grow.

Maybe your engagement is really good. The fact is there are 2 types of influencers: those that get likes, and those that generate sales.

J crew also had a model shift a year or 2 ago and that really changed the quality of their goods. Their denim used to be some of the best yet in the last few years they turned into thin stretch garbage.

For men’s shirts, I typically examine the stitches. The more and tighter the stitches the better quality the shirt.

Most vlogs are sponsored or have partnerships with the brands they review. Additionally, most of the vlog try on videos and reviews always seem to feature cheap fast fashion brands or flashy designer branded items that are still crappy in quality but high in price rather than brands focused on actual quality pieces

I think your second paragraph really brings up a key point. I think a lot of moms tend to either feel more comfortable or have a little bias defaulting to other moms vs dads/ both parents.
