This reminds me of when I was 13, being told how I would be sent to Juvenile Detention for yelling “F#ck” at a cop. He was so enraged at me for yelling “GET THE F#UCK OUT OF THE WAY!!!” that he failed to notice that he was missing one pant leg. I was waiting for the Jackson Rd. bus to go to school when a chain

He didn’t know to pop the hood and lean in to look at the engine from the right side while peeing on the tire? When you gotta go you gotta keep it down low.

Yes...Modifications that make the vehicle less safe are stupid and shouldn’t be done.

Bingo. My prediction is the seqouia swapped places with the LC. The LC swapped places with the 4runner. And the 4runner is about to be brought back in the same spot as the FJ cruiser. That is smaller, but this time with removable roof/doors.

Lots of chatter about this being the direction they’re going... but nothing

We’re on Jalopnik, we all know how easy it is to get a shitbox up to 80 on a back road lmao

I think it was Jay Leno who had the designer of the Ford GT on his show and he goes over the surprising amount of challenges he had to overcome to maintain the retro proportions while meeting modern standards.

I was going to suggest this, I know it makes people mad and aged like milk but like Limp Bizkit this car was big for a moment and sold well and a surprising number of people who deride it once wanted to. Also, sometimes  you just want to see the world burn.

It’s hard to explain to kids these days how much this redesign blew us all away.

Maybe not intentionally about a car, but considering recent events...

I was on a work trip and I was slated to get an Aveo or similar. But I asked for something a bit larger as I flew with my mountain bike and needed the room to haul it around for 3 weeks, when work is done for the day and it’s time to ride. I got a free upgrade to a Prius, and I had a blast with that car. I drove it

I had to fly from Atlanta to Phila for a friend’s wedding. On Valujet.

Being a parent of a 5 and 1 yr old, the following:

- Diapers and wipes

Oh boy is this a can of worms. My car is my mobile lifeline and its got just about everything in it. I’ll cover some of the big stuff.

My truck’s extended cab: Gear bags, throw bag, pfd, dry paddling boots/gloves, map books marked up with decades of kayak/raft put ins, and hiking trailheads, first aid kit, backpack with food (start of the day) or food containers (end of the day), a layer of grime on the mats, plastic-backed blanket protecting the

Why am I not buying an EV? Same reason I’m not buying a car in the first place.

Another offering.

The Pontiac Aztek.

While this isn’t a particularly inventive suggestion, I can’t help the fact that my knees still get weak some 30 years later when I see a first-gen Acura NSX in person. My friends all had posters of Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and Porches on my wall, but for me it was this all day long. To me, it’s simple, unfussy design

I was all the way in the left lane and a semi in the right lane still managed to throw a rock at my windshield and crack it, we really can’t have nice things.
