You’ll be said to hear it was discontinued for 2023.

Look, I mostly don’t care because I won’t be buying anything new, and all of the really “cool” stuff I probably won’t get to see.

What I do care about, is all of the mainstream stuff that I’ll start seeing on my daily commute, or that friends and acquaintances will buy even though the new car market is still stupid and

I assume that it was probably considered but dropped due to having to quickly train new drivers. Having to learn everything involved with Amazon delivery operations AND having to re-learn how to drive from the “wrong” side of the vehicle would probably make things more dicey.

I keep one of these in my van. It has a bag full of cleaning supplies inside, that when removed reveals another bag with some of that absorbent stuff that sucks up fluids:

That makes sense.

So what does this mean for other, similar cases? Specifically, DC’s judgement against Mark Towle (of Gotham Garage), who was prevented from selling replicas of the Adam West Batmobile, due to the court ruling that the Batmobile was an “automotive character” - an arguement based largely on the previous rulings in favor

It’s larger than the old Baja, sure. But the current Outback is larger than the Hyundai Tuscon (the basis for the Sanalta Cruz). Using either the Outback or the larger Accent as a basis for a new Baja would likely mean a cargo area at least equal to, if not greater, than the Hyundai.

Sucks for the workers at Belvedere, but the Cherokee needs to go.

EV Cruiser. Build it on the platform that Fiat showed off with the Centoventi concept. Make it a Chrysler to sell along side the Airflow.

Make it look like the Honda E but, you know, more “rugged” or whatever you do to make it a CUV.

The Santa Cruz seems to be doing ok. It would be a direct competitor.

Fun fact: nature already gave us electric stingrays!

I can’t remember all of them, but the latest is up there - changing out roller rockers on my Grand Caravan’s 3.6L Pentastar. It had developed the infamous tick that meant T-minus-who-knows until that cam was toast. I knew it would be an expensive repair if I ignored it, and couldn’t even afford it if I’d taken it to a

This is why I roll my eyes whenever someone twice my age says something along the lines of, “they don’t make ‘em like they used to.” And thank God they don’t.

Back in the early aughts, before YouTube, the only way you could get information about repairs was from forums. I was active on the Allpar and Neons.org forums, and while most of the users were generally helpful, there were a few gatekeepers that gave newbies a hard time. But I think part of the issue was the amount

No one really buys a Rogue because they want to, they buy it because it’s a relatively decent, if “meh”, vehicle that does most things folks want, that Nissan will sell to anyone that breathes.

I almost picked this. Every one I’ve met who “loves” the Beetle, I ask, “Yeah, but...have you ever actually owned or even driven one?” Lots of blank stares most of the time.

Similar to the Wrangler, the Toyota Tacoma & 4Runner. I’m lumping them together because people buy them for the same reason - they’re “tough Toyotas”. Everyday, I see folks in Tacoma TRDs with brush guards and 4Runners with jerry cans and shovels strapped to roof racks. I mean, sure, this is rural SE Ohio, but cell
