Sorry - just saw this. What I meant was the Hangman game drawn on the glass of the phone booth. Just over Ed's shoulder you'll see S_OU_ F_LL_ or something similar. Ed's either there or, as it appears, at Mt. Rushmore and heading to Sioux Falls. A nice subtle clue.

The hangman Sioux Falls reference at the end was nicely done.
