Lol, yeah this is California. Regardless of what happened, if the buyer takes the seller to court, it will be THE buyers responsibility to prove that they had agreed that the car was to be sold “as-is” with all of those parts, and the buyer will need to provide evidence of what “as-is” is and was at the time of

they had some left over frames.

My hobby is flipping cars, sometimes i search auctions for good “buy it now” deals. Most of the cars i buy are AWD Audi’s. Typically i buy an Audi anywhere from 1-2k and end up selling it for 2-4k. Making anywhere from $1000-3000 per car. Worst case scenario i break even. Normally there aren’t any real problems until

So..Audi has their most popular model, the A4, which comes in the sedan and station wagon form. The A5 is a 2 door A4, so wouldn’t a 4 door A5 really just be a wagon A4 with a bit more curve to it?

I tried to use AAA one time, my subaru broke down in the middle of a snow storm in the middle of no-where. AAA told me they wouldn’t be able to get to me for 48-72 hours because they were busy. On the phone i told them “i cant wait that long, ill die, im stuck in the middle of a snow storm”. I didn’t get a response to

So the moral of the story is don’t use ebay china parts as replacement parts. Sure its cheap, but these are the types of things that happen. I learned the same thing buying a cheap control arm kit on ebay, everything started to fail 2 months into it (aluminum arms started to bend, bushings started to disintegrate).

My friend had one of these through high school and still drives it today, he has like 400k miles on it. We abused this car like there was no tomorrow, took it off roading acting like we were Ken Block, popping the e-brake going 40 mph and doing spins in the parking lots, we did anything and everything you can image 2

Changing conventional oil at 3-5k miles is normal, isn’t that a no-brainier? But full synthetic oil is good for 8-12k miles (realistically 10k miles though). I see my buddies changing their full synthetic oil every 3k miles, it’s like talking to brick walls “ BRO NO INTERNET SAID EVERY 3K, ITS A WRX”.

i thought today was April fools for a second.

Gm and Fiat would deny it for a few years until a class action law suit finally makes them do something about it.

I know Steve, i was trying to be funny. I failed!

Picking up a lady for a date:

How could the vehicle be deemed a lemon without hearing the fix VW is proposing for them? I understand it being deemed a lemon if VW flat out refused to fix the problems.

Oh, they only killed some people, good thing they didn’t rig their car’s emissions, otherwise they’d be paying more.

Government: Sure, lets crush a Skyline due to it not meeting our emission standards.

I can see why you would argue that, and you would probably be right about some readers. I followed the GM story pretty closely, and from my memory there was no where near as much outrage. Even the Toyota/Honda airbag recall that has linked 2 deaths (in Honda cars) got little press about it. Wheres the never ending

No one is arguing the fact that there wasn’t any outrage. We are saying that the level outrage towards GM didn’t come close to the level of outrage towards VW.

Whatcha glooming about? The new 2016A4's and S4's still offer a 6 speed manual as an option. Always have.

They have a hell of a small workshop then :P

Yeah that’s ridiculous and border line unethical. (Are you sure their not getting shops and dealerships confused? (: )
