Yeah, I’m sure the kid felt no pressure to achieve and select an Ivy league education from her parents. And parents get nothing out of saying their kid is in an Ivy league and certainly don’t bring it up for no discernable reason. Wow.

Parents choose which shows they allow their children to watch. Parents used to encourage their kids to watch Sesame Street because it was educational (both life lessons and basic education). I wouldn’t encourage my kids to watch it, which would hurt the show’s bottom line.
