There is little to no purpose in releasing a game, digitally, and restrict the DL/purchase to timezones/regions.

I remember paying $79.99 at Toys-R-Us for the “special edition” Earthbound release... which was the cartridge and the guidebook.

I was super excited to see a Maniac Mansion picture, and then disappointed that this was not Maniac Mansion :-(
