That's my point. Suffering twisties where you lose track of your position in the air as you spin is far more likely to occur and result in an injury if you're doing one of her patented triple crazy spinning top vaults.

She’s not competing against anyone else, and she’s already set all the relevant Olympic records. She is only competing against herself at her best. So if she is suffering twisties (given the danger of her unique routines, which no other female gymnast is performing in competition) there is no reason for her to compete…

As of Saturday morning, it’s unclear if Biles will compete in the finals for floor exercise and balance beam.
