Look at the Washington Post database. 626 people have been killed by the police this year. Of those, 38 weren’t armed, and of those unarmed poeple, 13 were black (2%). So no, police are not routinely killing civilians without justification or punishment. You’ve been fed a narrative that does not actually exist.
