I love the fact that Sunny comes off as super crass, but it’s actually very aware and usually trying to make a point about whatever that week’s issue is.

I’m not saying it’s squeaky clean, but I think a lot of the times it’s not saying what you might think it’s trying to say.

Also, Megan Ganz is a writer this season!

I forgot to add, quite a good article Caroline! I admit I hold Hughes to a high standard but will have to read more about his off-screen behavior.

I admit I did enjoy Sixteen Candles for some of Anthony Hall’s manic goofiness but was much more a Ferris Bueller fan.

For some reason, I don’t recall watching Say Anything, even though I had watched just about anything with John Cusack.

That being said, isn’t Lloyd Dobler almost a stalker? I didn’t get any rom-com

I am by no means woke, but so much of that show was super awkward to watch even then.

I mostly liked the Jim vs. Dwight pranks because Dwight was such a jerk and buffoon. But I sort of hate-watched it for some of the lighter moments.

It does look very Ed Hardy, but at least he’s giving a shoutout to Peaky Blinders?

I enjoyed this weeks episode but nodded off in the middle somewhere. I think I wanted much more for the big premiere, but that’s ok.

I love the new companions and JW as The Doctor is quite solid. Sheffield vs. London or Cardiff was quite nice, and I like how she’s wicked handy now. Only thing I actually missed was the

The ending of Justified with the dialogue between Raylon and Boyd is one of my favorites ever.

Right? Lex would have chucked all the Kryptonite in space and just about punched anyone in the mouth if they badmouthed aliens.

Instead we got..something else. Rosenbaum as Lex was pretty brilliant.

That is one thing the show handled (mostly) well. Lex just wanted a damn friend, and Jonathan and Clark swatted away his hand every time.

A true tragedy, my favorite part of the series.

Totally on a tangent here, but after visiting my doctor in LA quite regularly (and he knowing I worked in VFX), he confessed he was an actor during college.

He plays one of the Marines in the Rock, so I sprinted all the way home to watch him get shot in the face by Sean Connery lol

One of my favorite clips ever. Such an entrance!

They are also ageist, as Catmull ‘supposedly’ stated in company meetings they wouldn’t hire over a certain age.

I get it to a point. You hire the young and eager, willing to work for far less, and you mold them into your system.

I don’t actually pay for Pixar movies anymore (don’t watch them outside of Incredibles 2

I had been playing Fortnite for all of 20 minutes when I joined a squad match.

One minute in and someone told me they “Wished I hoped I died in prison”??

(Never been in prison, still jumped in to join where they landed?)

Fork all of them, terrible folks in the gamer community.

This is an ACTUAL Witch Hunt.

Fork all of them.

Can anyone give me an /ELI5 answer to why we don’t just napalm the poppy fields?

I don’t understand that, seems like it would cut their money source off quite quickly.

I really don’t think they get it.

That picture says so much about America these days.

I honestly thought school is exactly where young men are taught there are leagues.

That’s not even unique to men, I thought school was one giant sorting hat :)

To be fair, I went from public school to private school in 8th grade, and holy moly, we were sorted by income, attractiveness, which town you lived in (school

This just in, young guys attempt lifting too much at the gym.

That is a tale as old as time ;)

PLEASE publicly shame that guy.

I have been going to gyms for decades and have never seen some bullshit like that. Kicking the bar out of someone’s hands MID-LIFT?? WTF.

Who does that? I mean, yea, the kid’s trainer should be having him at least sort of control the drop, but that is such a dick move on the other guy.
