At least with No Man’s Sky it actually came out. At this rate Beyond Good and Evil 2 will have a longer dev cycle than either FFXV or The Last Guardian.

Forza 6 Apex is in beta on PC right now. supposedly going to be a full release sometime this year. Not sure if there is a plan to bring DLC to PC
