Buying Silver isn’t even an option, as far as I’m concerned. I will never, ever even consider buying more emotes past the free one they gave us. They are completely unnecessary and not worth a single penny more than what I’ve already paid for the game to date.

I think one of the big problems now (and I’m very guilty of this myself) is that a lot more of Destiny’s content requires or is at least helped by playing Crucible, so players who wouldn’t normally be in PvP are now.

Isn’t that the point of an rpg? Going from lost soul not understanding the rules, to tough guy who gets around, to godlike force of destruction. Keep balance out of singleplayer games, i say. There is no point balancing something if there is no competition (that would have to be kept fair) involved.

I think it’d be pretty badass if you sometimes had to prove your mettle as leader of your community, or there’d be a revolt or something.
