Ah ok, my “one and done” is referencing the fact that you generally have characters introduced in a team book or series and once it ends the characters go away. I see it most often in the X books.

Keep in mind, Marvel are the kings of wallpapering characters. They introduce and then go back to the standards title after title. So many cool characters that are just one and done.
