I understand that logic. In the US, for reasons that are too convoluted to discuss, there is a political debate on whether we should do anything about climate change. The overwhelming scientific evidence obviously isn’t convincing to people who think they can choose not to “believe” in science.
Exactly, the technology is getting really close to providing comparably priced solar energy.
Oh, of course, once they have 20,000+ plants built they will be able to offset less the half of 1% of US carbon emissions per year.
A cure for aging would be a terrible thing. It would most likely mean the end for the human race.
So the carbon capture plant will offset the carbon production of about 45 Americans, whew, I guess we are saved from global warming.
